Flesh Candy (a.k.a. Aris Stathis) breaks Phase!'s cherry on almost digestive, almost noise-free, pop music w/ his Dutch immigrant cut-up electronica blues. And it is a hard fist up in the air (and in the behind) 'cause i can't really recall the time i've enjoyed that much of a 'straight' record. Dance yourself off to the daft-punked leftism, take a breath w/ the haiku jingles and let the bloodshed roll on the underground dancefloor as this debut full-length from a long time –even before its beginning– Phase! associate and blood brother urges you to.

DIGITAL ‘ALBUM’ MANIFESTO:
Phase! doesn’t support digital sales. Every single artist’s hard work has been represented by a physical release, like it should. Bandcamp doesn’t allow the “Enable / Disable Download” checkbox anymore, that’s why we’ve priced every release with a ridiculous amount of hard-earned money so that no one downloads it. It’s up there for all of you to listen to and we’re pretty sure there are lots of ways to make it yours if you want to –with very minimum digital and analog hacking skills– but the music up there, on the Phase! Bandcamp page, is just a virtual reference. Nothing more. If you want to support the artists, please buy music (digital also, if you insist, some do that and we’re totally fine with it) from their Bandcamp pages. If you want to support the label, please buy the old-fashioned, good-looking physical goods and you won’t regret it.

An introspective record that fuses post-rock, shoegaze and ambient synth patches into a seamless array of shimmering soundscapes. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 26, 2023
Manic drum & bass with a sinister industrial edge from this Texas artist that occasional recalls Aphex Twin at his most evil. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 31, 2022
This wild experimental artist from Chicago uses electric kazoos, tape loops, and more to craft far-out, wonderfully confounding songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 15, 2021
The prolific drummer and producer, a veteran of the Philadelphia and Antwerp club scenes, proves his rhythmic mastery once again. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 21, 2024
